You know I didn't think about it, but even carving VISIT SOUTH PADRE ISLAND is 21 letters and if sized right would look cool from an airplane, if not up close as well - lions and tigers and dragons and turtles and bears, oh my!.
Hmmm, I wonder did they use edible food coloring for the sand or something? -sam
Tempera paint is environmentally friendly and we have used it in the past when sponsors insisted on color.
