Looks like another oil and gas lease auction, Sandy Feet. All of it is submerged land controlled by Jerry Patterson of the GLO. For example, Sanchez Oil leases a bunch of Laguna Madre off the shores of Laguna Vista. Need a lease block map to see which ones are being put up for sale. /sam
